Keeping customer information secure is a top priority for all of us at Learning Capital. This notice tells you how we collect, handle, and may disclose personal information about you. This notice also applies to former students as well as current students unless we state otherwise.

Our Policies and Practices to Protect Your Personal Information

We protect personal information we collect about you by maintaining physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards. Third parties who have access to personal information must agree to follow appropriate standards of security and confidentiality. We train people who work for us how to properly handle personal information and we restrict access to it. And, as a current student, you can rely on the Learning Capital Privacy Promise for Students.

Categories of Personal Information We Collect and May Disclose:

The personal information we collect about you comes from the following sources:

" Information we receive from you on applications or other forms, such as name, address, NRIC /Passport Numbers, telephone number, occupation, employment status, employee,

" Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or nonaffiliated third parties, such as attendances, grades, account balances, payment history, and account activity,

" Information we receive about you from other sources, such as your employer and other third parties. We may disclose any of the above information that we collect to affiliates and nonaffiliated third parties as described below.

Categories of Affiliates To Whom We May Disclose Personal Information:

We may share personal information about you with affiliates in several different lines of business.

When LCI shares personal information with affiliates if it can make it easier when you apply for services from these companies. In addition, sharing personal information can help you receive timely notice about products, services or other special offers that may be of interest to you from our affiliates or from nonaffiliated third parties.

Learning Capital Privacy Promise for Students

While information is the cornerstone of our ability to provide superior service, our most important asset is our customers' trust. Keeping customer information secure, and using it only as our customers would want us to, is a top priority for all of us at LCI. Here then, is our promise to our individual customers:

  1. We will safeguard, according to strict standards of security and confidentiality, any information our customers share with us.
  2. We will limit the collection and use of student information to the minimum we require to deliver superior service to our students, which includes advising our students about our range of programs, services and other opportunities, and to administer our business.
  3. We will permit only authorized employees, who are trained in the proper handling of customer information, to have access to that information. Employees who violate our Privacy Promise will be subject to our normal disciplinary process.
  4. We will not reveal student information to any external organization unless we have previously informed the student in disclosures or agreements, been authorized by the customer, or are required by law.
  5. We will always maintain control over the confidentiality of our student information. We may, however, facilitate relevant offers from reputable companies. These companies are not permitted to retain any student information unless the student has specifically expressed interest in their products or services.
  6. Whenever we hire other organizations to provide support services, we will require them to conform to our policy standards and to allow us to audit them for compliance.
  7. For purposes of verification and risk management, we will exchange information about our student with reputable reference sources and government agencies.
  8. We will not use or share - internally or externally - personally identifiable medical information for any purpose other than the administration of a student's account, or as disclosed to the customer when the information is collected, or to which the student consents.
  9. We will attempt to keep student files complete, up to date, and accurate. We will tell our students how and where to conveniently access their account information (except when we're prohibited by law), and how to notify us about errors which we will promptly correct.

We will continuously assess ourselves to ensure that student privacy is respected. We will conduct our business in a manner that fulfills our promise in the many nations in which we do business.
