Sarene has 21 years of working experience in the field of early childhood education.
She began her teaching career as a teacher, principal and subsequently as a lecturer.
Sarene has over 5 years of lecturing experience in various training agencies.
As a Principal in both childcare and preschool settings, she had vast opportunities
working with staff, children and families. Sarene’s repertoire extends to designing
pre-school curriculum, planning and developing integrated curriculum approach and
project work. She also conducts in-housing training for teachers in childcare programs.
Her conviction as a lecturer is to train and mentor teachers, to bring out the best
potential in each individual, so that they can in turn, provide children with a
happy and stimulating environment to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge
for their future growth and development.
Sarene's motto to all who share the same passion for children 'Discover the treasures
of lives being touched and the satisfaction derived to be a part in their lives'.
