Philip started his teaching career in 2004. Curriculum subjects he teaches include Mathematics, Science, Music and Movement, Physical Education, Visual Arts, Language Arts, Self and Social Awareness, Classroom Management, Designing The Learning Environment and Child Play. Some subject he teach at Diploma in Preschool - Leadership include Supervision, Management and Administration, Curriculum Evaluation and Assessment, Implementing the Integrated Curriculum, Current Issues in Early Childhood Education and Action Research.

Prior to lecturing, Philip was Principal/Manager/Teacher of Philip’s Learning Cove. His repertoire extends to management and administration of a childcare centre, designing the curriculum, planning and developing the programme, developing computer-based teaching resources, supervision of teachers and working with parents.
