Michael has 22 years of teaching experience. He is a MOE-MCYS accredited lecturer in early childhood education and had pioneered 3 preschools as the Principal-Supervisor-Programme Director.

He has also taught PSLE, N and O English with CDAC which gave him a Certificate of Commendation and a Long Service Award.

Besides lecturing at Learning Capital, he had given parenting talks at public libraries and community centres and conducted the Children’s Hour at Jurong West Community Library. He teaches IELTS & TOEFL to foreign students as well.
