Chief Executive Officer
June Rusdon is committed and passionate towards continuing education. She strongly
believes that learning is a lifelong journey and Learning Capital provides the means
to achieve that.
Through a team of highly qualified lecturers and enriching learning environment,
she believes that Learning Capital is able to help each and every student realise
their aspirations and embark on an illustrious career.
Message from our Chief Executive Officer
Learning Capital is dedicated to design Quality into the services we deliver to
our students. We deliver this in partnership with our stakeholders, and by instilling
in our staff, a passion for innovation and excellence.
Where applicable and relevant, we benchmark our processes with that of our peers
and establishing review & quality objectives. We deploy these via dedication
of resources and adherence to quality principles of SQC-PEO & compliance to
Case Trust.

- People
- Learning Capital College maintains a Lecturer to student ratio of 1 Lecturer to
40 students (Average).
- We have a team of 5 full-time lecturers, and 20 qualified associates (15 June 2009).
- Facility
- Currently we have a total of 8 classrooms (01 March 2009).
- Our classrooms can accommodate between 26 to 40 students.
- Policies
- Our Quality Policy embodies our service guarantee to students. [Quality

- Our Service Guarantee is backed by amongst other things our policy on student transfer,
withdrawal & refund.
- We have a policy to redress Students’ Grievances & Feedback within 21
